General Questions

Do I need to have permission to send you my photos?
It depends! PerfectYourPhotos.com is committed to protecting photographers' copyrights and we will only retouch photos of clients who expressed that they have the right to or permission from the photographer to use the photo(s).

Do you offer services other than the ones listed on your retouching services page?
Yes! We offer pretty much any retouching work you can dream up! Just contact us and let us help you meet your specific needs.

Photo File Questions

What file formats do you support?
We support the following file formats: JPEG (.jpg), EPS (.eps), Bitmap (.bmp), TIFF (.tif), and Portable Network Graphics (.png).

What resolution do I need to send my photo in?
The higher the resolution the better. Higher resolution photos allow our Photo Editor to get up close and personal with each and every pixel to make you look your best. If you send us a very small photo, it is hard for us to get in there and retouch all of the smaller details.

Ordering Questions

What is the process?
  1. Submit Order:
Submit an order using the order form. Once your order is received, we will contact you to clarify any questions we may have.
  2. Approve Proof:
A watermarked proof photo will be emailed to you for review. (Non watermarked photos cannot be sent until payment is received.) If you want something modified, simply just let us know at this stage and we will work with you to realistically meet your goals.
  3. Send Payment:
Once the proof is accepted by you, a payment will be requested. We take payment on PayPal.com (our ID is "Billing@PerfectYourPhotos.com"). Credit card is accepted by PayPal.
  4. Receive Photo:
Once payment is received, the completed file(s) will either be emailed to you or posted temporarily in a web folder for download.
How soon can I get the finished files back?
That depends on our workload and the number of photos you have. It typically takes about one week to complete an average size order.

What form of payment do you accept?
We take payment on PayPal.com (our ID is "Billing@PerfectYourPhotos.com"). Credit card is accepted by PayPal.

How do I get the completed file(s)?
The completed file(s) will be uploaded to the web in a temporary folder. We will send you the web address for download.

Do you accept returns or grant refunds?
During the order process, the proofing stage is meant to avoid undesired results. Once we deliver the final photo to you, we do not accept returns or grant refunds.

Can I place an order, receive the proof photos, and later decide to not submit payment?
We will work with you on tweaking your proof until you are happy to try and realistically meet your photo goals. If you are still not happy, you may not send payment. Your photo will however, at our discretion, be placed on your examples page as compensation for doing the work.

Discount and Deals Questions

Do you accept any Trade For Print (TFP) work?
Yes! If the photo is interesting and we feel that it would be a great addition to our Example Gallery, we will consider doing the photo retouching for free or for a reduced price in exchange for being able to show it on our site.

Do you ever have special deals?
Yes! We actually always have a special going that discounts your final price by $5 (per photo) if you agree to allow us to show the before and after work on our website.

Do you provide discount for high volumne?
Yes. The amount of discount depends on many factors such as the number of photos, repeat customers, etc. Please contact us for more information.
